A beautiful soft & feminine Quilt featuring my favorite method of Needle turn applique & just a touch of embroidery.
A 7 part Pattern of the Month project.
Yes I did get obsessed with these giant clamshell’s & had fun making each one.
There are 53 in total with lots of patterns – there are 3 or 4 of each design.
I also played with my backgrounds, there are 5 different fabrics all in soft grey just to make it interesting and make each clamshell stand alone, or just use one background.
And yes there’s even more applique on the borders!
Either hand or machine applique, I love this quilt.
